Payment Related Queries

Once your order has been logged and payment authorization has been received, You will receive an email containing the details of your order. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. #1234),a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time. You will also be notified when we ship the item(s) to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s).

In rare circumstances, the offer code might not get applied to your order. 

You can always copy paste the offer code while you checkout to avail the offer.

In a rare occasion like this, we request you to get in touch with us through Email with the following details:

  • Transaction Identified number(which you would have received through Mail)
  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • Order Details (Item name, Offer if applicable, etc)

Shipping

The courier service delivering your order usually tries to deliver on the next business day in case you miss a delivery.

You can check your SMS or Email for more details on when the courier service will try to deliver again.

Couriers make sure that the delivery is re-attempted the next working day if you can’t collect your order the first time.

On the rare occasion that your order is delayed, please check your email & messages for updates. A new delivery timeframe will be shared with you and you can also track its status by visiting My Orders.

We usually Ship out the orders the same day if the order is placed before 1PM(Except Sundays). For orders placed after 1PM we ship it the next day. The shipping updates are sent only when the package starts moving, so we request you to wait. 

As per company policy, a shipment can’t be opened before delivery, but you can accept the shipment and get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns through

Courier services usually take upto 24 hours to activate tracking for an order once it’s shipped. Please check again after the mentioned time frame.

Orders are processed and Shipped out in less than 24 hours from our Warehouse in Salem, TN. You would receive it in less than 7 days depending on how far you are located from Salem, Tamilnadu. All our orders are processed through Bluedart with High Priority to ensure fastest Delivery time. 

The courier service delivering your order are responsible for making sure that your order reaches you within the delivery date. Rest assured, you’ll get an Email once your shipment is out for delivery.

Cancellation and Returns

Products which have been used, washed or damaged by the consumer are not eligible for returns.

No, We will not be able to accept returns after the time period mentioned in the Returns Centre.

You can raise a request to return your items with these simple steps:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to Returns Centre
  3. Enter your Order Number and registered Email ID
  4.  Fill in the details and raise a return request

Once you raise a request, you’ll get an email confirming that your request is being processed. Based on the item, your request may be automatically approved or you may be contacted for more details. If the request is approved, you’ll receive an email with instructions to return the product.

When pickup facility is not available for your location as per the courier service providers, you may be asked to ship the item back to us. Since we can arrange for a refund or a replacement only after the item reaches us, please make sure that the item is sent to the address mentioned in the return related email within 15 days of the email being sent to you.

The seller may not be able to proceed with the return request if the item does not reach the specified address within 15 days.
